Bubba from seed, for seed

I've yet to post a grow thread, so here goes. I forked over the dough and bought some Bubba Kush beans. I germinated six, took cuttings from the ones I liked, and gave the plants away. Then, I rooted the cuts and here they are. I ended up keeping three girls and one male. I plan on growing these out for seed. The male is the one up front in thesmaller pot. They have been grown under a four foot T-5 from the get-go. That's what they'll finish under too. They're being fed pure blend pro, pro-tekt and diamond nectar, that's all. They're in a mix of b-cuzz coco and perlite. I keep things pretty simple to avoid problems. The plants are at day 11 of flower. I vegged them for about a month.

 

Thanks man! I likke to keep them a little hungry. You can't see it but they're starting to show a mag. def. Once a week (starting now) they get a teaspon of epsom salt in a gallon of water, ph'd. Since they're under T-5's, they're not geting full strength nutes.

 

it's been a week, so here's the update. this is the male and one of the females about 4 or 5 days ago. the male is already shootin out pollen. i'll probably keep him around for another week or so. after that, i'll collect some pollen and store it in the freezer and cut him down. the females all looked like this one, so i didn't see any need for a bunch of repetative shots.

 

right after the above shots were taken, i pinched the stalks to get them down to a more managable height. they like to stretch early on in flower, especially with tube lighting. about six hours after the initial pinch, they were all turning back up to the light.

not much to report. all girls are doing well and impregnated. currently at day 29, 30 or so to go. i'll be giving them pk 13/14 at week 5. this stuff will really add the trichs.

 

thanks wfpsf. i've only got 3 girls now since the guy is gone so it's not crowded. if you have any specific ?'s about how i grow i'd be happy to answer. i don't really show my grow-room. it's nothing special. i try to keep control of my environment as best i can. i think that's the key to success. i have all the equipment i need to start and finish a small/medium grow. i once used a 1000 watt set-up but it's more difficult to manage than smaller wattages. plus, i don't need a whole lot of medicine to keep me happy.

 

here's a pregnant lady at day 36 of flower. just started using a pk booster. really nice results in 2 days.

 

i'm not sure how much i'll yield, but i'll be set for seeds, that's for sure. they're everywhere!

 

this grow ended suddenly due to a security issue. i don't know if the seeds had enough time to mature. they had a total of about 32 days of grow time. time will tell....
