    Noticed these spots a few days back. Could it be pest? Or another deficiency/root problem?

    Doing hydro, I check it daily with a ph of 6

    Well it's not likely to be a deficiency.
    For bugs I usually use neem oil, which I apply with a painters touch up gun, you get a really fine mist that way that gets into all the nooks and crannies
