I'd say it's more then 1 issue. Could your lighting? Tips brown equal burn. Brown spots equal deficiency or light or heat stress. I'd monitor what you are giving it. Your coming up to the time where a flush could be beneficial. That should correct an excess salts it will bounce back tho.
