Brown spots and curling upwards

    Could anyone give me any insight on what could be going on, I’ve just checked up on one of my photos and the leaves are slightly curling upwards with slight brown tips and light brown spots
    It has only had one feeding at a very low dosage

    Yep I’ve always been pedantic with spot on PH so not sure what else it could be, never had this happen before and my other plants are fine and healthy
