So I have a friend that I know 14 years by now. He recently was at work for one month at another country , and has now returned a few days ago. We have been doing most of the things together... smoked pot alot, shopping, giving advice, helping out eachother in someway, w.e. it is that u can all do in 14 years. But now he found an 32 year old woman, who is very smoking hot. And he keeps now being with her all the time.... today I also found out that my ex gf had a child with some other guy and im really sad and could use a friends support right now, I told him that on Facebook, but he has not answered yet. He was planning to go out with that women today..... Its actually a good thing to see now what he will choose... but I doubt that he chooses me.... what should I think about all this now? It clearly shows that he doesnt care at all about me as a friend, if I told him that I need his support now and he refuses ? or is it a bit selfish.... He has a birthday coming on this upcoming wednesday.... Maybe I should let him down aswell , if he should decide to let me down now like this, just because of some hoe, that he just met? Its just I really could use his support right now, would love to sit down with him , get drunk and high and just talk.... but I dont even know what to think if he chooses that woman.

First off, youre being selfish. Your friend is living life and instead of having an attitide like that, you should be living yours too. Doesnt mean he's any less of a friend. And two of my exes have kids now, im not with them anymore so its whatever with me.
