i never had bronchitis until i went to iraq and the dust and shit started making it flare up at least once a month. now that im sitting here in AZ i feel like im in iraq again cuz i have been sick for the past 4 days. this afternoon i had a temp of 102.3. but now its down to about 99. anyone else out there have bronchitis? anything you do in particular to ease the pain. last year when i worked at a fast food place, i would walk into the freezer and breathe real deep and slow then all quick to freeze the gunk in my lungs and then cough it all out. and that worked but nowadays im not working there anymore and so i need a new method of releiving the ache. i have a bottle of mucinex and some regular advil shit. and a tylonol fever reducer but its not working very well. any suggestions?
yeah man i've had bronchitis a few times, and it fucking sucks dick. if it gets worse it can turn into pneumonia. best advice would be to go to a doctor so they can give you antibiotics/steroids or whatever medicine you need. if you dont wanna go to a doctor, i'd say a shitload of rest. and lots of hot showers. and maybe some cough medicine and shit.
I get bronchittis like 4 times a year, I was born with croup, so my throat's always been fucked up and smoking doesn't help but oh well I'm sick right now too, feel like I caught some kind of plague, good luck man hope ya feel better!! stand in a real hot shower and breathe in the steam, that'll help with congestion
I've had Bronchitis a bunch of times and yeah, it's a bitch. Your basically layed out and pissed off for the better part of a week. You should try that shower thing but other than that I don't have and ideas.
