Broken Pure Glass Bong...need advice

    Hey guys, so i found this nice PURE glass bong the other day on some walking trail and the bottom part where the downstem goes to is broken...it does not look that bad, but i don't know about glass much. I was wondering if this is fixable? Also if anyone knew where i could get it fixed in socal? i have some pictures of it down below. thanks everyone. im pretty sure its around $300 bong, so i want to get it fixed if its worth it.

    Guy that's a great find. If you go to a local HS and ask if they have the contact info for a glass blower around the area I think they may be able to fix it for a pretty reasonable price. If you're not old enough to go into a headshop then just look for one nearby online

    Oh yeah true washing it is very important you don't know what could've crawled in there and laid eggs when it was on the trail lol

    That bong isn't worth the money to repair it.

    Woah man, nice find! Fixed for $60 is great too, got a pic of it now? Would love to see how well they did the glasswork.

    Glass artist wont even turn on their torches for $60

    Yes they would do a cheap repair for all it takes is welding in a new joint that easy shit.

    You could just have glued it together with epoxy... not the best looking fix but makes it usable.

    Also, I you have a good torch it is able to melt glass.

    i love Pure glass
    the top section is awesome
    but where the repair was done looks off colored
    whats the cause/reason of this?

    Because it was repaired right where it is discolored so it's kind of discolored, but you only really notice it if there's direct light on it.
