I submitted a support request about 3 days ago when I recieved my package and realized some items were damaged and even missing. Everything that came intact and everything that was damaged/missing has already been listed seperately on my support ticket, I'm only posting this thread to get some kind of idea how long this is going to take. I'm getting pretty impatient and it's already going on about a month since I ordered my product. Hopefully someone will get back to me soon and figure out a solution to this problem.
