Broken headphone wires...soo frustrating!

  1. You know what I hate? When you own a beauty pair of headphones and over time the wires in the connection slowly breaks meaning you have to keep on twisting them to the perfect angle to get sound. GRRRRR!!! Probably an easy soldering job to fix...anyone know what type of store to call up to get it done?

    These are my headphones btw..[IMG]

  3. youtube videos on how to solder....get some heatshrink wrap thats the appropriate size for the wire (make sure to slip it on the wire before soldering LOL). and it will look pretty damn good.

  4. +1 on repairing them yourself, I had a cable break on a nice pair of AudioTechnica's that I was able to mend nicely. You can also generally mail them back to the manufacturer and theyll fix them for a fee.
