Yesterday I was at home and decided to clean the bong and dropped the stem and bowl piece which of course shattered. Luckily the headshop is like 3 blocks away so I headed over to buy my first after market piece for it. The old one was the one that came with the bong the new one had about the same slide but a thicker bowl. The hole in the bowl was smaller, but that was about the only thing. The first thing I noticed was that the handle to pull it out was a thick glass piece that swung down on its own from the weight. Second I noticed it was MUCH harder to pull through.. *but* resulted in a much better hit, better then I've ever had before. It might be a little harder to pull through but the smoke hit I get is thick and full, every hit is perfectly the same. Love it
Over the summer my mom found my $350 medicali and "accidentally" broke it when I was out of town. Turns out my little brother was using it without my permission, got too high, and left it out for my mom to find. When I got home I made him pay me $300 for it. I told my mom that it was my buddies and that it cost him $400 and that I needed to pay him back. I took the $400 out of my bank, the $300 that my brother gave me, and went straight to secrets in downtown chicago and bought an illadelph freezable coil for exactly $700. Best decision I've ever made.
