Hey all, It was MBP night, last night!! Here’s how things looked tonight...blumat meters are on it you want to zoom in!! Still much wetter than I like, but still looking good! Today is a foliar if sprout tonic. I’m also planning on putting up the second part of the trellis on Saturday. My last round was much a noticeably lower yield. I had waaaay to much lower growth, and this round I’ve really pruned my lowers. I’m hoping to get some bigger colas this round!! Here’s to the process!
Hey all, Been an amazing 4 days!! The wife and I welcomed our little boy into this crazy world! My crd-online.com rosin press got here and I squished myself out of hash! And things are looking good!! Day 6 of 12/12 The second trellis layer is in place...I’ll probably add netting in a day or two when the ladies reach and start training on that! I did lose 3 plants from the pheno hunt, that turned out to be males. I suspected it for about a week but got the confirmation a couple nights ago... The mbar in each section as of last night were 32, 42, and 65. Not exactly sure what I’m going to do with the mbar. I might dial things down a bit more and get the other two in the 65-75 range, but considering the plants in the 32 mbar zone look the best. I think I’m just going to go with it this round... Hey all, I mean to update everyday, but I’ve been focusing on the veggie garden, and enjoying time with the new baby boy! Things are looking good. This is day 16 of 12/12... One of the seeds turned out to be a female...Eros #1, here’s to hoping she’s a keeper!! Had a little issue the other night. I am extremely lucky I have a sensor in my room so i get up to the minute reading of my environment. I looked right before I went to bed two nights ago. It was at 80 degrees, my fan controller is set to 77 degrees so I knew something was up! I showered and went out quick. I had bumped the controller and it was now reading 82. This actually caused my blumats to go into hyper mode in this section and it watered...the bed was at 23 mbar when I looked...I dialed them all down a bit. Lol, it’s it’s going to be a wet round i guess! Made some more hash so I could press some more rosin! Really been enjoying making my own meds!! Here’s to the process!!
Wow that thing is beautiful. So much rosin in the future for you. Holy shit you can press damn near a qp with the thing, and it is pretty affordable. Oh and congrats on the kiddo haha.
I’ve been running my beds closer to the 40 mbar zone for a couple of runs. IMO it supports the micro herd much better
Thank you! I really love it, I searched for a little bit and a friend of mine turned me onto this company, For the price I couldn’t find anything better with as many options!! Planning on upgrading to a pump with a pressure gauge from them, it’s an option but I couldn’t afford it atm. Hopefully soon!! Completely agree!! 40-60 is where I usually see some seriously happy ladies!!
Hey all, Things have been plugging along. I received my first order of beneficials on Wednesday. This part of my ipm is probably extremely overkill but oh well. It lets me sleep easy at night and not worry like I used to. I spray tonics and neem/karanja until day 14-21 and then have two beneficial releases two weeks apart. The next release will be 6-25-20... I got the second layer of trellis up. Here’s how everything looks now... the scrog is pretty awful this round after losing 3 plants to being male. Should still be an ok yield! Here’s to the process!!
Hey all, I’ve been messing with the outdoor garden. I finally got all my blumats hooked up so I’m hoping it works. I’m using blusoak as a soaker hose and not utilizing carrots. I broke up the cost into two years...I got all the blusoak, 8mm superflex line, and connectors (about 300 feet of 8mm superflex, and 600 feet of blusoak... Next year I’ll get all the carrots and hook things up proper! Well, I got VERY lucky!! I forgot to put a picture up of my clones...I have been set on the veggie garden and I haven’t been paying much attention to the indoor... I went out 5 nights ago expecting roots on all my clones and didn’t find a one. This was on day 18 and I was extremely worried about preserving the genetics... There was a little too much moisture in the dome. I dumped all the extra water out and let it dry out a tiny bit...I got very lucky and had 4 ladies pop roots...1 Eros, and 3 Afghani! This is definitely the reason that things didin’t root this time. It was a little too wet. I’ve also noticed that if you don’t really make sure the cuts are in the oasis cube firmly, things just don’t work! If you’re wondering about the dome...I do one last things to help the clones “transition” from the dome to the veg space. I’m going for less light and an extremely low VPD...like .8-1max. The ladies without one have been in the space for 4 extra days and have made the transition! In order to achieve this I turn down my lights, turn up my fan controller to 82. This really gets things swampy in the space and make the transition so much easier! Here’s to the process!!

I haven’t really been in the garden with the lights on lately. I’ve been so busy I’ve just been filing up reservoirs before lights come on so I can get to bed early. Planning on going out tonight to spend some time with the ladies and take a few pictures!! Here’s to the process!!
Hey all, Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there! Pretty much on cruise control. Just filling up the blumat and humidifier reservoirs and admiring the ladies! This is right around day 34 I think. I’ll have to look at my calendar tonight. Lol, I learned to keep track and write it all down!! Took these last night... The trellis and my pheno hunt still makes me lol, losing 3 plants really made it look sparse, and not being able to veg them for very long has kept the one Eros small. But hoping she turns into something. She’s supposed to be 10-12 weeks, so only time will tell. Here’s to the process!!
Hey all, Let’s talk IPM! Having my area in a less than ideal place, I’ve had to be pretty dillegent to my ipm. I’m pretty ocd and I have been pretty successful with keeping a clean and healthy environment. Here is a picture of everything that I spray. The only thing not in the picture is Malted Barley Powder (MBP) and the coconut water powder I water that in with. Another huge part of my ipm is clothing and showers. I have all my indoor cloths in a plastic tub and sealed. I have a tub for my outdoor cloths too. That way, I feel nothing is cross contaminated and is very separate. Before I enter my space I have to have at least showered once, and change cloths. After my walk and I’m inside I lint roll myself, wipe my feet off, put on socks. And put on shoes that only are worn in my garden area inside. The ladies really respond to the neem/karanja mixture. I really like the mountain botanical sprays. I usually catch themv when he has a sale and stock up so the price gets a little more manageable. The sprout tonic really is a game changer. Every time I spray that tonic at lights out after mbp day and come back the ladies are always praying and extremely happy! My spray days are Sunday (neem/karanja), Tuesday (Citrus), Wednesday is MBP day with coconut water, and Thursday (sprout). I repeat this every week from clone to week 2 of flower. Hey all, I’m pretty sure this is day 40 of flower... I had a little issue where the ladies were sweating at night and I needed to hook up a dehumidifier. I got one two years ago and never understood why I needed one. Lol. Things are back looking good now. Excited to watch this round finish! Here’s to the process!!
Hey all, Been really lazy for some reason the last few days, and finally have snapped out of it. When the weather switches from sunny for a couple of days to rainy and cloudy it does weird things to me... Took these right before lights out. When LIghts come on tonight it will be day 42. Veg is looking good. Have a plan now. Going to just flower the four plants I have. They will just have to veg for a little bit longer...then next round will be a little hunt. I’m making soil today and will be starting some seeds in a week or so, really excited about these! (The Orange One, and The Gold One from mobseeds) Going to be getting a soil test in the next few days so everything will be ready for the flip. Here’s to the process!
Hey all, Got my 1/2 yard of veg soil mixed up! I used a KIS Organics large nutrient pack, a bale of peat, 2 bags of bu’s blend, and 4 bags of pumice. Really excited about this. This will allow me to start my new seeds and find new cultivars. I’ve been growing the same cultivar for as long as I can remember and its’ time for new terps!! Here’s to the process!!
