I know judges are there to interpret the law and punish accordingly but how could you go to sleep at night knowing that you judged a person to be a criminal but you knew they really weren't.. or even worse you judged someone like that a criminal and you believed it yourself.
WTF that is just wrong... Who was it that said the punishment for using a drug shouldnt ruin the person anymore than the drug itself would??? or something like that? Marijuana was HELPING her and they are just making her worse.
Does it say how she got caught? Did the neighbors like smell it or something? Did they just break in to her home and randomly search? I don't understand if you are growing a few plants in your closet how you can get caught, unless you are selling and somebody rats you out in which case you remove their testicles.
