Blame gangs, the image of Marijuana in the US (For now), and a mixture of all races. I would love for people to come together for the betterment of Marijuana to make it known as a "Stimulant to bring people together" but it wont happen for now.
I know a bunch of little girls in my area who are still in high school who claim to be "PLUR" because they do ecstasy and acid and go to raves, but they know nothing about the true meaning
People dont get behind it, because exactly what was said early... Too many bad seeds use PLUR as a way to make themselves look cool... so then everyone thinks its a stupid high school thing... Only reason Ive heard of PLUR is because of glowsticking/fire poi... and trust me, thats another thing that people categorize quickly
its an outdated philosophy. i rave a regular basis. but its mostly all kids like 15 to 22 who are too much about themselves and only practice the idea for the few hours they are partying. but even then they arent trying to do it, it comes natural from all the drugs they are doing. theres people that will give you a ride to and from the rave but you gotta pay them gas money but if they have like 5 people in the car and getting 5 bucks from each person then they are getting in for free. so they are doing it for personal gain more than trying to be your friend. when it comes to weed, you can try but i think there needs to be something a little more original than PLUR. something like Common Decency
Indeed. I know a lot of selfish stoners, the majority of the world knows nothing of being selfless or unconditional love, or anything that PLUR stands for. How bout just being a decent human because it's who you are, not because it's some fad?
