Going to the states today to pick up a vaporizer at a post office that i ordered from Ebay. When bringing it back to Canada, what should i say to the customs to avoid any trouble. Should i say i bought it for tobacco? Any help would be appreciated. I do not have a green card.

  2. Hmm if I were going to try this I'd make sure I didn't open then box until I got across the border. Make sure you dont use it then cross cause if you leave any little residue in it they'll just count that as weed and the try to charge you with possession and haveing paraphernalia. I also wouldn't mention it either. Just cross like any other time you would

This isn't the best idea.... lol  Good luck, chief!

Regardless of the legality of what your stated use is, the border guards will know you're using it for pot. People aren't stupid. I'm assuming you're driving across which means they'll probably do a thorough search on you car. This can be hours. If you're going by train or foot, prepare for a thorough search of your person, and again possibly being detained for hours.

I grew up in Seattle and we'd drive to BC to drink before we were 21. Always had problems at the border when they realized that's what we were up to. We'd be detained, car torn apart, pretty much everything legally possible to dissuade us from ever doing this again.

  4. Say its for tobacco if it is brand new thats what its intended for. No resin no problem.
