Bringing a wild plant indoors

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by Bjarke, Oct 24, 2012.

  1. Good morning!

I found a plant outside just a couple of hours ago and decided to try to take it in and put it in my growbox..

    Lights: 150W CFL
(I have not put her in there yet, I'm afraid it will stress her too much)
    Temp in growbox: 25 C
Moisture level in box: 25%(I can bring it up if wanted...
Type of soil: 10% sand, 30% cow fertalizer, 60% normal flower soil
    Ventilation: 2x computer fans
    Ventilasjon: 2x pcvifter
    Plant height; ca 20cm
Lenght of day outside(Oslo): 9,5 hours
Temps outside the last few days: down to 5C in the night, about 6-9C in the day

I had to repot it in some more soil when I got it inside, I haven't watered yet as I am unsure if that's a good idea (the soil is doesn't look dry).

Should I put it under the CFL lights now, or let her sit in the livingroom for the night and then bring her in there?

    What should I do
