Just got back from my local food chain and they only had grandmothers and brer rabbit. Full and mild flavor but no blackstrap (which was what i was hoping they would have). I went and bought the Brer Rabbit full flavor unsulphured over the mild, good choice?
that's my pick of the group. Brer Rabbit full flavoured, un-sulphured contains the most micro-nutrients / potassium. grandma's is ok in a pinch, too
