10-20% will AF. Breed those about 4 times choosing only AF m&F and you will have Stabile 100% AF

 

Don't think that's right... To my understanding, the F2's will have 25%.. By breeding the mother and father, those are F1's. By breeding those, you get F2's.

note that the gene that makes your plant an auto is recessive ...that means it ain't immediately apparent

for this to work correctly you gotta cross them again

or as Mota points out you get a confusing mixed batch 25%?
