In the beginning, MJ grew a pair of branches at the same heights, 180 degrees apart, and the people looked at the symmetrical branches, and they saw that they were good. The people tended MJ, and MJ rewarded their work, growing another pair of symmetrical branches, at 90 degrees to the 1st set and slightly higher. The people were elated, and did celebrate with much hand clapping, and hoppity dancing. With all the attention rendered by the people, MJ soon grew into a fine plant. The shepherd ran to the people, and the people said 'burn the heretic!'. They chased the shepherd until they reached the place of the asymetrical shape. The shepherd shouted 'Behold! MJ does not grow with symmetry! The people looked at MJ, and they saw that the shepherd spoke the truth, and the people cowered, for they were so afraid. The people built a shrine to the holy asymmetric MJ, and tended it carefully, and it came to pass that MJ blossomed, and produced sticky frosty buds. The people knew not what to do, until an angel appeared to them, and said 'Lo, fear not the buds of MJ, for I bring tidings of great joy.' With a wave of his hand, MJ burst into flames, and the people stared in disbelief at the miracle they had witnessed. 'Now' said the angel 'get thee a good lungful of smoke, and you shall be truly blessed.'
