So.... I was thinking this morning. Currently I have 2 bubbakush plants vegging and I planted 3 of Auto flower freebies from Attitude to grow out during veg because the bubbakush was a slow start and figured I would just veg a little longer to finish the autos. Then it dawned on me, I've been trying to figure out how to get a perpetual grow going but I only have one super small closet to use, and at a different location to boot, so its been hard. Started with hydro, but not being there consistently didn't work out, switched to soil and things are going better this time. But anyway I don't have room for separate veg and flower chambers so I couldn't figure out how to get separate light zones, tried a few things, but nothing really worked well. So my theory... Using Autos... I know its kinda looked down upon as the genetics have been messed with, and the yield is low, but I think I could potentially harvest 3 plants every 3-4 weeks. Plant 3 auto seeds, then just keep planting 3 more every 3 weeks. Closet will be a bit tight, but probably not too bad considering 3 will always be seedlings, 3 will be medium height, and 3 will be flowering. Just wondering what your thoughts are, this will hopefully be my first successful grow period, so I hope to be able to compare the yield with the bubbakush and the autos. Then after that decide if I want to do the auto perpetual grow or the traditional veg and flower via timer and screen. I just set up a screen to enable the bubbakush to veg longer to let the autos finish. And btw, Short Stuff Onxy... is looking quite impressive, although I don't have much to compare to, but its flowering quite well at about 27 days.
