bout to do bubble bucket grow in the next week

well my last grow just finished....and this is gon be my first time doin a bubble bucket grow. im gonna start at 250ppms and i know ph should stay at 5.5. But about the ppms, does it gradually increase every week or every other week? how many ppms of nutrients should it be by the time i change to 12/12?
