Bought sativa strains that freaked me out

I haven't smoked in years and I squired my medical pot card yesterday. I bought a 100% sativa (LSD) and 80:20 sativa/indica sat dominant hybrid called Cave. I smoked the LSD and it literally tripped me out - I was paranoid and nearly hallucinating. Hours later I smoked the cave. It was better but it seemed the sativa heavy portion of it was making me anxious, uncomfortable and lacking the "stoney, relaxed" feeling I was looking for.

I am going to be heading back to the dispensary to buy some more indica-dominant strains and I wanted to ask what the general idea is for indica hybrids or pure indica. What ratios are the best? What pure indicas are the best or are they too couch locking? know it's a person to person thing but I want to find a good balance without absolute couch lock.

Any advice or suggestions? I can post the dispensary menu but only a portion of those are actually available and there are a lot of new strains.

 

I started with the LSD and I packed a small bowl. I would say I got a couple of medium hits and maybe one nice rip. I would say that I probably smoked too much. However, even when it calmed down, it was clear the sativa high is not what I am looking for.

 

I actually bought and have 2 grams of OG Kush. However, I did not try it yet. The dispensary told me it's an indica-dominant hybrid, although some of the searches I did on Google indicated that it was sativa dominant. I would rather believe the dispensary, though.

 

Great I can't wait to try what I got. My dispensary is actually going to exchange what I have of my strong sativas for more indica-heavy. I am trying to figure out how strong of indica I want, pure indica or just stick with indica-strong hybrids?

I am looking for suggestions on indica hybrids - I wanted to pickup afgoo and bogglegum. Any ideas?

Very similar to the Bubba Kush sans a lot of inbreeding. A very heavy Indica good for sleeping and muscle pain. An excellent flush on this batch of flowers allows for a very smooth smoke.

OG Kush (S/I)

OG Kush is one of the “ultimate” kush strains. Very few other strains seem to compare to OG's unique scent, taste, and mental & physical effects
OG's light, almost neon green leaves are simply great to gaze at, with a copious amount of crystals covering every inch. The buds are dense but break apart with ease, leaving your fingers sticky and aromatic for a while afterwards.
When smoked, the first shock wave hits hard. It doesn't take long to realize that you're already feeling its effects from just one or two hits. A few hits of OG and the effects are long-lasting and intense, but beware that the recovery period from this is heavy. This bud is more of a late night adventure than a midday smoke break.
This strain is no joke, seriously. If you want the cream of the crop in the kush realm, here it is. Come to think of it, OG should come with a warning label about inducing an extreme level of munchie impulses.

Purple Haze

A very well balanced sativa dominant flower. If you still want to be able to think and focus while maintaining a nice lift this is the flower for you. Gorgeously manicured with lots of green and purple leaves with an overabundance of orange hairs. A very spicy, yet complementing fruitful taste.

The Cheese

All the characteristics of our beloved master kush with our super skunk strain mixed in. The smell and taste of the marijuana plant are increased but the high stays the same, very high. Cheese marijuana has a deep earthy flavor, very dominant. With mild body buzz. Mild spicy after taste.

I am not looking to grow or get couchlocked. I am looking for indica hybrid strains that will give me the good body high I am looking for (without persistent couchlock) without too much of the cerebral sativa that seems to make me anxious.

 

Do you know approx what indica/sativa ratio erkle is?

To be honest, five years ago I smoked for about two years. The weed I got was usually pretty good. However, after trying the strong sativas I now know that 95% of the weed I tried was strong indica. None of it, however, gave me couchlock.

That is why I am trying to buy smart this time so I end up with stuff similar to what I used to smoke but stronger as the dispensary stuff is just amazing.
