That's Noble Glass from Oregon, and as far as soft glass water pipes go they are pretty much the only ones I would consider. They make some quality stuff for sure. Gotta love the giant marble on it.
I was about to say china, then i saw the huge ass marble and the fact that china soft glass doesn't look like that, but you RARELY see legit pieces like this since its more of an 80's/90's style bong
