You know, when I go to a fast food resturant and order a soda I really don't like it when they fill up the entire cup with ice, leaving you with very little soda. From now on, I will just get a soda with no ice and then ask for a water cup with ice. Ha! Up yours!
When that happens to me I simply remove the lid and take a few quiet moments to digest the fact that there is too much ice in there. I then proceed to splash the contents of the cup into the employees face. I usually finish up by saying something like: I now have to drive several hours because I have been banned from many local theaters and restaurants.

Next time you should pick the ice out and throw it, chug your drink, and demand a refill. Really let them know you are dissatisfied
