    Say you HAVE used your bong, but you ISO'd it so it looks as if it's new, could they do shit?

    Haha risk is up to you then man. Just hide it in a bag in the trunk or out of site. Then unless they search your car there won't be a problem. Just remember consent to nothing!

    Haha, I figure I'll be safe.

    If I drive high, I don't carry paraphernalia, and if I drive sober, well...idk how the hell you even get caught with paraphernalia if you drive sober.

    I just throw it in a backback in my backseat. Works for me.

    If you need to transport it somewhere and your worried about it just don't be high and put it in your trunk. I've gotton pulled over many times with shit in my car but i wan't high and played it cool and nothing happened
