Bongs in North Dakota

    I'm wondering if any one knows if it is illegal to own a bong in North Dakota. I know once you smoke bud out of it it becomes paraphanalia, i'm wondering if it is legal before then.

    Can you get cited for have a bong even if it is brand new?

    No because it is used for tobacco use only. is tabacco legal?

    ya tobacco is legal here but i have heard that any smoking device with a carb is illegal to posses.

    Well...it's obviously legal because shops here sell them. You can't smoke weed out of them though ;)

    I do kinda remember something about "water pipes" and their legal issues in ND... But stores around here sell them, Discontent, Budget Music, Big Willy's. so I would think they are legal..

    There are probably a couple of us on here from South Dakota. I'm a bit further South though. I'm in the Sioux Falls area. I generally buy all of my glass pipes and bongs at Herb N' Legend in Laverne Minnesota.

    Hey man, whats up in Aberdeen? I'm from Mobridge. We used to go shopping in Aberdeen and Bismarck. I moved out of the area though to the Sioux Falls area. I heard that you guys are getting a good storm right now. Sounds like you are getting an ice storm similar to the one that we just had last Tuesday. Hope it doesn't knock out 90,000 electricity customers like it did over here :eek:

    Haha, I can't really brag since Sioux Falls declared a state of emergency for the storm that came through here. But all of our snow has melted down here and we had a little bit of rain tonight, maybe some thunder and lightning, and that was about it. Spring does need to come. Now it sounds like another storm is coming from the south when this one is supposed to be over.

    Yeah man, I'm in the Hub City too. It's been snowing like crazy all damn day. I think we passed 8 inches by now.

    I heard something like 8 to 12 inches between Ipswich and Mobridge. Then I guess they are also getting an ice storm similar to what we got last Tuesday. Well, I guess when its stormin out then that means its a good time to stay inside and hit that bong. :smoke:

    I spent a couple of good years in Bismarck (1974-1976) but damn, winters were cold, made coming home to winter in the Chicago area seem not so bad.....

    All the schools and businesses around Aberdeen are closed today! Looks like were havin a snow day! :smoke:
