bong purchasing advice

    Okay I know there are a million "help me buy a bong" threads out there but I'm looking for specific attributes in my potential bong. Any help would be appreciated, considering this would be my first bong. But in no way shape or form my first piece of glass.
    What I'm Looking For
    • UNDER $400
    • Has atleast one or two perc's
    • ice notches
    • nothing over 2'
    • no preference in brand, but something well know
    • splash guard
    • medium to thick glass

    I'm lost with all the brands and reviews so any help would be. . . well helpful

    i ordered this a while back and its one of the smoothest bong ive hit, you should defentally invest in this you wont regret it

    Don't get a weed star if you're going up to $400. Look into luke wilson, toro, sg.

    Grasscity just doesn't have alot of high end glass. EHLE and roor and that's about it.

    So you want big brands because you think there "high end" just because there popular :p Grass city does quality glass, just because those brands aren't huge companies it doesn't mean there not good.

    Aqua lab and grasscity are on whole different levels. For 400 bucks grasscity is definantly not the place to go. I love the site and all but you can't say that their shop is the place to buy high end glass. For 400 I'd look around on *******, they have more than enough glass for you to pick from in your price range.

    I can say that and just did, anyway the shop keeps the forums running so if you like grass city forums then you will help them out by buying from the shop that powers the forums that enables you to ask for help...

    That bong is nice, I was actually really close to getting it....in the OP though he said he wanted atleast 1/2 percs and splash guard...I decided to go with this bong, I'm just waiting to sell my old one before I buy it.

    looks really nice and I have an ash catcher i'm going to throw on there and also buy a 5 arm diffuser for it with the extra 25 ill be saving...only thing about it I dont like is that there is a carb hole but it's plugged so w.e....great price and the carb hole might actually come in handy for cleaning, i doubt itll be much of an issue
