In Bong Appetit's eighth episode of season two, host, Abdullah Saeed and co-host, Ry Prichard go to a dairy farm. With fresh-from-the-utter milk Ry demonstraits how to churn butter. I noticed Ry neglected to drain the buttermilk from the butter. The fresh butter was sopping wet when he jarred it with buds and immersed the jar in boiling water for the infusion. Not to mention Abdullah kept eating handfuls of it, with the milk dripping down his hands all the while LOL! Not surprisingly, the finished product was separated into its butter/buttermilk components. It didn't look like it would set. Did anyone else notice this?
