So basically, I've been smoking for a year and am questioning the high I get.

The first time I got high I got a very strong mind high and body high. I've come to realize that I always get an equal amount of both, the more I smoke that 'session'.
I get a bit of a congestion in my forehead, sort of like a headache. I also get a headache.
Around me, I have a weird feeling of spacial discontinuity with the world (spaced out a bit I guess).

It's really annoying now, I want to not get a body high every time I smoke. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I can think about only the mind high part, and it goes away an hour or two before my body high does, which is why I stay high for so long.

This thread ties into the same issue.

Could I be getting a small anxiety attack?
I think I have anxiety issues, and I think pot helped develop them a bit.

Take up smoking for when I'm anxious? XP

  2. Try Sativas, those will avoid the body high and give you that nice head high you're looking for. If you're having these nasty symptoms I know it sucks, but don't buy cheap bud.

Splurge, buy expensive stuff, and just smoke a lil of it. If you get a nice clean sativa strain you'll get a great head high and have energy and really enjoy it.

  3. your smoking indica
or atleast a hybrid with indica dominant

go with a sativa dominant strain and take a tolerance break
