You should be averaging about 40 to 50 watts per square foot of grow space.
Some growers are integrating more of the red color spectrum like Photo red and far red .
Plus supplemental UV-A and UV-B lighting .
UV-B for the last two weeks of flowering .
UV-B lighting 50 watts for 4x8 tent timer cycler 1 minute on 15 minutes off burns the plants .
You need 3 feet from the UV-B light to the top of the plants .
Sativia burns easier the indica .

Use them as side lights, it looks like it's blocking usable light that's coming from the panel.

 

You still at it grower? What kind of burples do you have to play with? Depending on the SPD they are definitely useful to fix your white LEDs. If there's a decent array of available wavelengths used correctly then a 1.3 umol/j burple beater can be allot more valuable then a new QB or more white light.

What's the burple rails spd look like? From my experience, most white dominant leds do need additional supplemental to enhance results.
