Blunt Oozes brown goo ?

    Okay this is nothing that I have ever seen before. The other day my boy brought through some lemon haze and a game dutch, but this is not the point. The point is, is that about 1/4 through the blunt it started to ooze this brown sappish like liquid. The liquid was seaping through the pulling end of the blunt. The taste was absolutely atrocious as well. Well long story short my boy said that he was talking to someone about it and they said that the liquid was pure THC oozing out of the blunt. I have never heard of this before in my life, does anyone have any clues on what it could have been ?

    sounds more like it wasnt dried properly and was full of nitrogen/other nutes?

    blehhh! that's one way to ruin a smoke :(

    It was just resin, ya know like the kind that builds up in a pipe.

    nothing was ruined at all except for the taste of it, i was still blazed as hell. then again i have no idea if it was dried right.


    are you sure ? i have never seen resin get all watery and run like that before.

    Well, Im not so sure then. Ive seen resin build up on the ends of blunts plenty of times, but it was never really watery. Just really sticky.

    Down South we call that Choclate Chip,its all resin and its all good just smoke it up and fuck the taste, you'll still get ripped in the end and plus wihout that the blunt wouldnt smoke as slow like halfway through...

    idk about blunts but ive had wettish resin smoking out of my chillum, never seen any brown ooze, but it does taste fucking terrible

    This shit's happend to me plenty of times. It's just a fuckload of resin, and when it first happend to me, I didn't notice it until my fingers were covered in brown shit...i was like WTF?! lol Bet you got fucked up huh? Resin hits go straight to tha head!!! P3AC3 OU7

    yeah, just resin, it sucks though when it gets all over your lips and you dont realize it till your eating or drinking :eek:

    Yea, thats resin, it usually helps to fold the end of your blunt inward (if that makes any sense) this way the resin gets collected in the fold of the wrap instead of at the tip and all over your lips. Also you can try ripping off a small strip off a cigerette box, roll it into a circle, and put it in the end, this makes it hit harder and makes it easier to get lit evenly too.

    yeah the blunt definitely got me fucked up. i didn't really realize if anyone was lippin the blunt too bad, not anymore than normal. i just got a little concerned because out of all of the years i had been smoking that was a first. as a side note i am quite excited. my bud said he's going to hook me up with 2.5 of some nice dank for 30$ Not the best deal ever but for a poor kid any discount is a deal.

    I usually just pinch the end off when that happens. Opens it up for more smoke too after the "goo" closes it.

    Its a combination of resin from the weed and tar from the cigar paper. Once it happens just put it out and roll it into smaller things because the blunt will eventually clog and be impoosible to get a drag from.
