  1. so i was growing all my plants in the same area but i was seeding the lowryders so i wouldnt have to order anymore seeds. long story short i was gone for a few days and came back and the males had started to pop their sacks. moved them right away but my mango kush plant looks like its starting to get seed pods on it on a couple branches. Not worried about getting a few seeds cause ill end up using them anyways but i was just wondering if they would be lowryder or regular? or maybe just be no good cause of the different genetics? thanks

  2. There is a good chance it could be either, just like making a baby both mother and father donate there genes for the genetic lotto.

  3. thanks, just wasnt sure how that worked. guess ill find out in a couple months when the kush is done lol.

  4. Isn't that how new strains are created? Maybe the seeds will make an autoflowering mango kush plant?

  5. It's not quite that easy. Just like your siblings can be similar yet quite different, so can first generation seeds from two hybrids. There are a bunch of different traits that will be expressed differently from seed to seed. In order to truly create a new strain that has uniform traits you have to do some backcrossing to make those traits you want to breed true. You might end up with an awesome genetic freak or you might get a little Charlie Brown xmas tree from those first gen seeds, you never know. It will technically be a "new strain," but it could take the worst traits of both parents and not be something worth growing
