    Germinating out of soil is pointless really so there is no such thing as too early. But people who are using this technique usually wait a bit longer until the tap root is bigger than the seed.

    Curious to see if it grows as the tip of the taproot is already gone brown so I would get it in soil ASAP.

    I shake my seeds up in a pill jar lined with 150grit sandpaper then plant directly into pots. If the seeds are good they are up within a week and no screwing around with sprouted seeds.

    So I went ahead and planted Friday. Sunday evening she is up. Planted another one today.start a little grow journal maybe.
