If someone who was born blind tripped hard on shrooms (or any other visual drug for that matter), what do you think they would see? I wish blind people had brail moniters so a blind shroomer could tell us.
Blind trip reports...I would love to read them. I think I read that when some color-blind people take LSD, color returns into their lives little by little.

I'm pretty certain that there is no one who is literally "color blind". Its just a term to describe people who cant distinguish between certain colors like blue and purple, they don't actually view the world in gray scale. Unless they jst tripped so hard that they thought they were in that movie that everything and everyone is black and white and gradualy people start turning into color.
usualy when im trippin ill see all kinds of shit with my eyes closed. usualy its like a jittery ass kaleidescope. maybe its the same for them.
Colour blindness doesnt mean you can only see black and white, its just as someone said before that they cannot distinguish beetween certain colour shades. My friend is colour blind.
thats fucking weird, i was actually pondering the same thing yesterday... if i become blind im def gunna be takin shrooms and shit....must be nuts... if you become blind...and than take shrooms you prob have like crazy flashbacks and shit...all images you once saw randomly flying around and shit....
I think that most blind people are still light sensitive, so they'll just see loads of tripped out lights and sounds.
Actually there is colorblindness to the point where one can only see the greyscale and no other colors, it's extremely rare and called "Monochromacy" (the inability to distinguish any colors)
I was thinking about this once. Now I am not sure but arent people blind due to some type of damage in the actual eye itself? Not the visual part of the brain? If so, the shrooms would affect the visual part of the brain (that usually doesnt receive messages because the eyes are nonfunctional) which would cause hallucinations. Now...if the person is blind because the visual part of the brain is not working, Im assuming this would be wrong.
If youve spent your entire life in darkness, then color isnt going to even be a factor in your trip. Just because you take shrooms doesnt mean youre eyes are gonna suddenly start working or your gonna suddenly comprehend color when youve never seen it before. Thats physically impossible. Luckily for these people, *seeing things* isnt the only thing that happens when your trip. Im sure they would still have just as memorable of an experience as someone with sight. Like they say, you cant really miss what youve never known. However, people who werent born blind might have some color flashbacks or something. Who knows.
