  1. OK so I'm a 2 grow gardener (break as moving soon) and I've been smoking for a little over 18 years. I have 3 kids, my eldest is now 7. At what age did your kids become aware how did you tackle the subject and what did you say.I'm only asking as my girl has started to notice what I'm doing. I'm thinking at 7 its far to young and itd just be a case of a loooong cigarette lol. Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk

  2. My daughter is five and will be six this summer and we just use those one hitters that look like cigarettes if she is home and save joints blunts bowls and the like for when she is at grandmas house for the night. We never smoke in the same room that she is in either and if she does happen to stroll in while we are smoking, we stop until she is either back in her play room or upstairs in her bedroom.

  3. And yes when she does ask I tell her it's a cigarette( I used to smoke so it works well) IMO i think eleven or twelve years old is when the truth could be explained to them but I'm not one hundred percent on that one

  4. I smoke in the conservatory, kids have the rest of the house and as the door to the conservatory is the old back door so smell and smoke proof. I smoke roll-ups and just say daddy just like a longer one from time to time. I think its more my eyes she notices lol, generally I wait till after bed but sometimes when my hips playing up I need that bit during the day. Personally I've always felt 12 was a good age, this is mainly down to the fact their moving into secondary school (UK) and that's where I started to find out. I would like to get it in before her mates do. So she sees it with respect instead of hiding away with mates. Its always seemed a hard one to gage lolSent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk
