  1. Hello :smoke:

While working on some Japanese homework, I got to thinking about this forum, and I was wondering who here is studying languages? And who has this passion; all about learning something new  :metal: !

And any bilingual (or any kind of 'lingual') peeps here?

For my part, I speak English and French (from Québec!).
And I am studying Japanese, it is quite a challenge....

I tried looking for another similar thread, but to no avail. If someone knows of another thread similar, feel free to redirect me! :smoke:

    Peace  :bongin:

  2. I tried learning french

Gave up 2 months in. And slept everytime i had that class for the rest of the semester

  3. haha man French is a tough nut to crack.

It is like that weird  cousin of Spanish; where you cannot just take it for how you hear it at first. So many different ways of pronouncing.

How was the teacher? I bet he must of been good for making people sleep lol

  4. She was good

I just never studied so each day i fell more behind

I was the person who didnt give a shit bout school also. Fell asleep in a lot of my classes. Especially economics

  5. I took Spanish I, II, III and IV in HS so I have a good understanding for the language. I can speak it decently but not anywhere close to bilingual. I plan on never using it anyways. It was pretty cool learning it though.

  6. I am trying to learn Spanish! It is quite fun; why are you not planning on using it? Put those years of study to use man :smoke: !

  7. @[member="timeismoney"] ; I feel you about the falling behind in classes though; especially for languages, you gotta find a deeper motivation, something that goes beyond school for sure.
