not at all sorry. best bet for cheap grow is cfls. keep in mind its gonna be tough and end products might not be amazing
There are some who contend that supplementing with a black light during flower will add UV rays and so cause more THC to develop on the plants, but not as the only light.
not even then, actually. UV advocates (like me ) are concerned with UV-B light/radiation, which is not emitted by a black light in any appreciable amount. tanning light in the grow room? sure, it throws uvb. blacklight? waste of electricity.
