i recently topped my seedling. it had 4 sets of leaves. now it has 3 sets and the cut where i topped it at is turning black what does this mean? i topped it about day and a half ago and still no sign of new growth, just a dark color almost black. my first question to get it all started off is, do i need to top it at a certain spot between internodes or can it be anywhere, as long as its between internodes of the new growth a next leaf set.?
I'm in same boat and found out its tue plant healing itself..totally normal..I pinched my black scab off cause I thought it was bad but should have researched first..totally normal ..its scabing healing itself it will fall off on its own..so I'm gona leave her alone lol I shouldn't have pinched the black scab off.. ..learning the ropes..lol
