America contributes 30% of the worlds polution, but with about 3% of the world's population can we as a globe sustain the growth we are seeing throughout the world? NO. Neoconservatives know this. their proposal is to stop the progress as they see it. this is their effort to protect the world from environmental damage... even if they were to succede in supressing the growth and progress of the world, it still would not be enough to protect us from our impending environmental suicice of the species. The proposal of those of us without large wads of money in the Oil & Petrochemical industry is that we STOP ((yes, thats STOP, not increase))causing so much polution and develope our technology to better our technologies in harmony with our surroundings rather than destroying them.

The Scottish National Party is not the Scottish wing of the BNP as the name may mislead you to believe. This is supposedly where Labour also reside *cough-LIES-cough* but the main differance between the two is that the SNP want independance (as do the SSP) and Scottish Labour are the pawns of Labour down in westminster. hehe... sorry, got a bit carried away with that comparrison.
