Black gunk formed on roots overnight after res change? Is this rot??

  1. Plants are all about a month from clone. I just changed the res water and nutes 2 days ago and i check this morning and the roots have formed some black dirty looking crap. Its not slimey, so i decided to dunk them in some 0ppm RO water to get it all off, and the last picture is what the water looked like after just 1 plant. Now they're a light brown which id expect to see from roots sitting in nutrients, but how do I prevent this again?
    Here's my res solution.
*6x 8gal buckets, approximately 30gal total *0ppm base RO water *200mL sensi grow part A *200mL sensi grow part B *100mL cal mag *250mL cannazyme *5.7pH and ~765ppm *tent is a steady 78-80 degrees F *water stays steady at 68-69 degrees F *no light leakes, buckets are lightproof
Am I not using enough cannazyme? Too much nutrients? I read tons of ppl with ppm above 1000 so its hard for me to believe that's it.
