Indoor grow or outdoor grow. How do you tend the plants and what have you done to them lately? Give us some basic info about what you have going on. If those are being grown outside, my guess would be bugs eggs....and that is a total guess. If they're growing inside, you're probably messing something up with their nutrient regimen or possibly something is off in the soil mix.....OR....it still could be bugs. Find some heavy magnification and look at those up close. Turn the leaves over and look at the backs of a few looking for movement. I'm not sure what you have going on, but without more information about your setup and process, no way we can figure it out. TWW
