Hey gc crew, hows it going, tis my birthday today and i treated myself with an aeroponic propagator, i decided it was time to start learning hydro/aero. The only problem is im an absolute begginer when it comes to aero/hydro and i dont really know the methodology behind it. As far as i know, the resevoir should be ph'd at 5.5-6 with no nutrients until roots form. I read somewhere that formulex is good to add to the resevoir in beggining, any1 know about this?? Is it important to leach the soil of the mothering plant for a week before taking cuttings to lower the N levels??
Okay so if any one is interested, i took 6 barneys blue cheese cuttings 9 days ago and 6 gh super lemon haze cuttings 10 days ago, all the cheese have sprouted roots and the lemon has just pushed out some lil white bumps and wont be long behind. Heres some pics They are blue cheese and this is a lemon Not too exiting for you but it is for me lol. Here's some bud porn instead Super lemon haze These are the blue cheese also, dont know why they ended up down here. SLH on the end
Here are some questions if any1 can give any input il appreciate it. When should i transfer my clones from the aero to soil(this is the medium i use)? Can i start adding nutes to the aero prop and let the clones grow a bit more in the prop?
