    If you don't kno what binaural beats are look it up. They are these sound waves that mess with ur brain and make u feel a certain way. Lots of apps of it and they are online. Listening to one now baked as fuck I feel incredible:smoking:

    I have two or 3 on my itunes that i actually bought but found they didnt do anything besides creep me out a bit lol

    Try isochronic tones instead Its the same concept but more effective.
