dude that's so fucking intense. i've heard of binaural beats before, i think people were calling it "digital drugs", or "digital tripping" or something, i didn't really know what it was tho at the time. i'm sorry you had such a bad experience man
Binaural beats aren't something to fuck with, now you know. If you want POSITIVE experiences, buy Brainwave Generator, import presets from their website, enjoy From what I've heard, idoser is complete BS a lot of presets require you to have eyes closed or at least have your full attention on the sound be careful, I wish you the best
i dled a bunch of these, i tried listening to one of them, i think it was acid or something, and i started to get scared of my dads laptop and felt like it was watching me so i turned that shit off
Downloading now, i have a friend who would be interested in this. And i might just try it out. :3 Edit: No seeds = no win.
here's my own torrent: 96 binaural beats MP3(iDoser + other) [panza67].7z (download torrent) - TPB i uploaded it recently and it's a huge file, so hardly anyone has dn'd it yet, but I'm seeding for as long as I have this computer.
Yeah, it's really draggin' azz to say the least... running @ ~5kBs/s which gives about a 2 day download... um, after nearly 6 hours already it's still only at < 10% ... so it'll run all night... will give an update here if it's BS to prevent anyone else from wasting time...
They do say that it may take as long as a week or more of continuous daily listening before the effects can begin to appear... depends on each individual and their physiology... some of us are just denser than others maybe? LOL I've used the neuro entrainment and can attest that they do give you the waves of pleasure at certain points in the recordings... some of the recordings are more powerful than others... the beginner mp3's did more for me than the more advanced, when in theory the advanced should have produced stronger neurological responses... so even after weeks of daily use, the more advanced were dumped in favor of the known good ones... Just don't listen while driving, for sure! Your natural response will be to completely relax and drift along with the flowing water...
Me and my roommate both did Gate of hades and it definitely did something. we didnt see any demons or anything like that but my roommate did say he always felt like there was someone behind him just standing there. I was curious cause he was there for like 25 minutes(i didnt realize the beat was 30 min long) and i said his name and he didnt say anything so i very lightly touched his shoulder and he just freaked out. turns out i stopped him like 3 minutes short and he was paranoid for like a whole hour after that. I did it next and my body tingled a lot and when it switched speeds it really did weird things to me. its really hard to explain. but it just freaks you out. nothing to the extent of what toaster032 described though. at least not for me and my roommate
I looked heavily into this gate of hades thing and a lot of people believe it doesnt really do anything and it just has the "placebo effect" on people but i believe it certainly does something to your mind. if anyone is interested i would consider doing it. it is definitely an experience. while i was looking into it a stumbled on a different binaural beat. It's called "Hands Of God". obviously me and my roommate tried this one too. This one really blew both of our minds. it worked a hell of a lot better for us than gate of hades did. When i did it it started off just nice and what not but as it got farther and i got more into the beat it gradually made it feel like i was actually being lifted up by the hands of god. like i was going into the air. I felt like my soul was slowly being pulled out of my skin and then my body was slowly following. The weirdest thing about this is that i didnt notice that until the beat started to slow down in end. Once the beat slowed down it felt like my body was returning back to earth along with my soul and thats when i started to freak cause i noticed how like far i was going up and how much my soul felt like it was pulling out. it was a very weird yet awesome experience. Then when i opened my eyes everything was very very very vibrant. all the colors just popped out(especially blue) and it was jsut mind blowing. Me and my roommate both experienced this. So my reccommendation. If gate of hades doesnt work well for you then i suggest you try out hands of god. Cause hands of god is what really got me. as i type (its been about a half an hour) my heart still feels like its in my stomach and im just like twitching and what not. it was amazing though.
Damn..it is stuck at 86.6 %...says 0 seeds, 14(42) peers and like 14w eta....should I wait like one more day or just cancel?
Well with a title like Gates of Hades how good of an experience would you expect. I think that that track may cause your brainwaves to lower in frequency which is what gives you that hellish experience. Maybe it ties into that whole concept of when you die if you go to "hell" you actually go to place of low vibration.
I used to listen to Binaural beats, I hated every second of it even the marijuana one was just awful.
I-Doser is a joke. Binaural beats is a legitimate thing however, but not in the sense of getting high. It's for playing with your brainwaves to go into different states. Most people use it for relaxing or a meditation aid. I-Doser uses the placebo effect.
