Does anybody happen to know what the biggest weed-consuming cities in the world? I'd think Los Angeles would be pretty high up there because of the population and how easy it is to get a medcard, plus Amsterdam because it seems like the main hotspot for weed tourism. I dunno what else would be up there, maybe Kingstown? Just curious.

Operation for Economic Co-Operation and Development, a body of 33 countries who basically monitor economic progress/make decisions in terms of economy. I was referring to their per capita percentage of cannabis smokers. As you can see it's mostly Western countries/highly developed countries who make up the OECD. The city with the highest gross consumption of weed would probably be Mexico City, if I had to hazard a guess. Per capita... well that's a question we'd need statistics to answer.

I'd say that LA would probably be the highest with amsterdam close behind for the total amount of smokers, but per capita I'd say that Denver would have to be pretty damn high.
