    If a person is blind and deaf and could somehow not feel textures, what would their thoughts be?

    Like, I think in English, but if I was deaf and blind from birth I wouldn't be able to think in English or images,

    My real question is what does the human brain output as thought with no input? Pure instinct?

    It may be frowned upon to have sex with a blind and deaf person but I think it's inherently possible.
