ok heres my problem. I am leaving for spring break next week. i will be gone 8 days. i have a 250watt hps light on my 4 plants that are a little under a foot tall. right now i have them in 8'' deep pots. There Perfecly healthy n green. What do I do??? any input on this would be AWESOME. thanks
They have these auto watering systems if you need to water your plant while you're gone. I don't have one myself and I've never used one, but I remember somebody mentioning it in another thread. It was around 50 bucks or so.
Maybe an idea, place them in LARGE pots and fully water them. So long as your grow room is not TOO hot it should be okay. They may be drooping a bit when you get back though.
Drill a hole in a bucket, stuff a rag in the hole, fill it and hang it above the pot. Sounds reasonable, no?
dude if i have to go away i use capillary matting u stand ur pots on it and put 1 end in water the water spreads over the mat evenly and the plants take as much water as they need it only cost bout 20usd(roughly im frm uk) its good shit hope this helps
