I proper fucked my last grow in this set up so I’m asking for the communities help with this one

    The set up:
    2m x 2m x2m tent
    4x 600w Dimmable ballasts
    HPS bulbs only
    796m3 p/h extraction
    No intake currently
    4x 4 pot Wilma Sytems (11l pots)
    Air stones in nutrient reservoirs
    Clay pebbles
Canna Aqua, Canna Rhizotonic, Cannazym, Canna PK 13/14, Silica
    2x 20w oscillating monkey fans
    Heater

Ph pen and ec truncheon for measuring the reservoir

Nutrient schedule will be followed exactly as Canna suggest for use with medium tap water just without the boost atm

Aiming for the pH to range between 5.8 and 6.2. Currently it 6.0 in all tanks

Seedlings were transplanted the night before last and mostly look happy and to be growing

    18/6 lighting
    Daytime temp max 27
    Night time min 22
    RH maxed at 36%

    [IMG][IMG]

    The strains
Big Buddha Blue cheese x 3
DNA genetics Banana Sorbet x 4
    DNA genetics Sharksbreath x 4
    Barneys Farm Blue Gelato 41 x 5

  2. Great set up. The only thing I see is low humidity. If outside there is something like 60% or more you can fix it with intraction. If not you need a humificator.

  4. I totally agree

I'll speak with the money man to get a humidifier

the annoying thing is when it comes to flowering im pretty sure i'm gonna need a dehumidifier

  6. Intraction has another advantages that you don't get with humidifier like keep the CO2 levels stable.

Which humidity levels are in your city??

  7. Move outside air inside. That will fix the humidity and Co2.
You won't be able to veg long I don't think, they will explode when you hit 12/12 and may become unmanageable
I'm gonna drag up a bucket to set on and watch

  8. thanks mate, roll a fat one and enjoy the ride

i'm planing on scrogging these and have a few things i can try to manage the stretch when i flip

i just set a 4 inch intake in there which has done nothig. i'll try 5 and 6 inch fans tomorrow to see what is best

  9. apparently outdoor humidity is about 68% where i live today

  10. 50 to 70 in S.E Ky. I just move air and put a fan in there too.

Put in a 8 inch inline that will be quite and move a shit load

  11. Extraction went off for a couple of hours and it was at a time when I was still dialling the watering in. With the already low humidity man these little things took it hard. A couple completely flopped. Put some viagra in the reservoir to fix the flop

The hydro shop delivered me flowering nutes instead of veg so these girls only got there first proper feed yesterday. Prior I used a weak veg and flower mix for a few days

EC was creeping up to 2.0 in all tank and pH had risen to 6.5. Adjusted to 1.6 and 5.8-6.0 in each reservoir

  12. And here’s a couple more tents I have going. They are a mess but they aren’t so important to me as the big tent

    [IMG][IMG]

The first image had pH problems and is prob 3 weeks away from harvest. Def seen some male parts on them so I’ve been trying to remove every one I see to see what can be salvaged

The second image is some that were ravaged by spider mites. It’s my first time dealing with any pests in any grow so I’m not sure I’ll be able to rescue them as the mites keep coming back

  13. On the mites. They lay eggs and then they hatch every 3 to 4 days. Neem oil won't kill the eggs, but if you spray every 2 days, the underneath of each leaf and plant, you will kill the young before they can mature and lay eggs.
Keep spraying every 2 days for about 2 weeks and you should kill em.

That's what I did when I had em' once.

  14. Thans mate

ive been spraying with washing up liquid which has insecticidal properties too for what feels like weeks but when i think the mites are gone theyre not. i'll keep at it thanks

  15. I used Neem oil from Lowes and in 2 weeks the little bastards were gone. And I was eat up by the time I figured it out. I don't grow in dirt, but I caught them and thrips once.

  17. Just a couple of bud shots from my 1.2m tent. All in all we got about 11oz dry weight of some pretty good bud using an 8 pot Wilma and a quick transplant and 3 week veg. Will update re the main tent later

The gorilla zkittelz is honestly becoming a favourite with me and my friends. She has the most incredible smell and taste and the buds in the grows I’ve done with her are always tight and mould free. Id recommend her to anyone who wants a simple strain to grow and some seriously flavoursome bud

Interesting. I got a bunch of dill seeds too

In the end some guy gave me some dr schimmel spider mite terminator. Sprayed every otherday for a week maybe longer and seems to have worked

Here’s a pic of that small tent which had the mites. This is Venom OG and Crystal Gelato. Always a bit difficult to get good pics when using a magnetic ballast so sorry bout the quality

  20. Flipped to 12/12 yesterday. Everything is looking healthy

Broke my thermometer and hygrometer just the other day but from what I remember temp is about 28 with the lights at 660w and humidity has crept up to about 50%

Ec up at about 1.6 and ph being kept around 5.8-6.2

Defoliated a bit taking off the largest fan leaves which obstruct air and light the most. I’ll keep removing leaves throughout flowering

Just waiting for a net and frame to turn up hopefully tomorrow and then this is should be a fun few months ahead
