Bho on firecrackers?

    Is it possible? Can't find much info on it. Right now I make firecrackers with pb and crackers with foil at 325 degrees for 23-28 mins depending how much I use of bud. Can I do this with bho/shatter?

    Any cannabis material can be consumed you just need to decarb it first to activate it.. This changes the inactive THCA to active THC.. This step needs to be done in open air before blending with your solvent oil..

    Bud, hash, kief, BHO, reclaim, shatter, wax ABV.. Call it what you will it all needs a decarb before use.. AVB perhaps a bit less but that's fit for it's own thread..

    Step 1 Decarb = 220-240 degrees F for 40 to 60 minutes in a covered dish, folded sealed foil pouch, Oven cooking bag like for turkeys..
    Now you have activated cannabis..

    Step 2 is breaking the trichome heads open and that needs a solvent.. In this case an oil.. Coconut is best as it's the absolute fastest with zero taste..

    Step 3 is adding Soy Lecithin.. This is your power adder, turbocharger, dual quads, afterburner, JATO, BASF,
    The lead in your pencil.. The nitrous in your dragster.. You get the idea yet ??

    PsychedelicSam decarbs his concentrates in a beaker in an oil bath. I believe it was in the 200- 220 range (he has a video in Another Tincture thread). As I understand it, when all reaction has ceased the bho is decarbed- it may take awhile in an oil bath. Not having any other information at the time, I decarbed mine at 240F for 40 minutes, just like decarbing cannabis, and made a tincture. Once it's decarbed you can make anything you want. It may be easier to mix the bho in a small amount of coconut oil then make caps or use however you want (mix into PB). A gram of bho = 1000 mg so your bho should make 10 100 mg servings of something. You can't skip the decarb step, as BNW said- the thca needs to be converted with heat to the active thc. Keep us posted on what you do and have fun. Bear in mind that anything made with BHO may have a strong taste.
