Better to top or Flower early?

Im on my first grow outdoors and she is growing nice but i come to an issue. my plant is in a 10gal pot growing nicely and we live in an illegal state in a neighborhood with a lot of cops patrolling. there is cover to hide the plants. basically what i want out of this plant is to utilize as much of the pot as grow this plant as big as i can get a decent yield ( aiming for 1oz; not decent for you maybe but hell i'd be happy for my first grow )
but at the same time i need to keep the plant hidden/short.

right now it's growing naturally coming up on it's 6th node already and i feel she is safe to top as she is growing nodes like crazy at least 1 per 2 days at most.

my pot is raised for airflow got about 6 inch gap from the ground. if you look at the black pot above it basically if i stack 3 of those ontop of each other you can see over our hedge. im 5'10" our hedge is about 5'5" i'd say.

any suggestions? Top it? let it grow naturally and flower earlier?

I do plan to put it on the ground once it has more height as if i did so now it will only get about 6 hours of sunlight
