i have smoked catnip before, and i can tell you that it's pretty pointless.

this is just another example of freedom hating people spreading their ways. now they are trying to stop the fun of something that can't say anything other than "meow". because we all know that if it weren't for animals, no human would ever step out of line.

Yeah I was pretty sure from the start it was satirical, especially when they started talking about the growing of the plants. I think it's mainly a jab at some states trying to ban salvia, since sage is also a type of salvia and having that banned as well is just as absurd as banning mint with catnip.
